How to enter the lottery
To enter the lottery, entrants must purchase a property at The Markets Residences. Entries are only valid if the purchaser exchanges on the property and pays the balance of their 5% deposit by the closing date of the lottery (30 November 2022).
For the lottery to proceed, a minimum of 20 exchanged sales at The Markets Residences must be achieved by the lottery closing date (30 November 2022). If the minimum number of entries is not reached by the closing date (30 November 2022), the promoter will extend the draw date until the minimum number of entries is received.
Who may enter the lottery
Lottery entrants must be Australian citizens, aged 18 years or over. Entrants must purchase and exchange on a property at The Markets Residents and pay their full 5% deposit by the closing date of the lottery (30 November 2022). Properties must be purchased by an individual(s) and not a registered company

The manner in which winners will be notified including the name of the publication (if applicable) and the date of the notification
The winner will be notified in person (if they attend the draw) on 10 December 2022, alternatively they will be contacted by phone on 10 December 2022. Subsequently, the winner will receive written confirmation on 10 December 2022 from the promoter that they have won.
The winner will be published on The Markets Residences social media
pages and via EDM to The Markets Residences email database.
Lottery entrants will be notified of the winner by email.

The redraw arrangements
If the promoter does not receive the minimum number of entries (20 exchanged sales at The Markets Residences) by the closing date of the lottery (30 November 2022), the promoter will extend the draw date until the minimum number of entries is received.
If the lottery winner doesn't claim the prize by 5.00pm, Friday 10 March 2023, a redraw will take place at 10.00am on Saturday 11 March 2023 at The Markets Residences Display Suite, 14 Ibbott Lane, Belconnen ACT 2617.
